Three Tips For Navigating Today’s Venture Capital Landscape

Despite all the talk about excess capital in the tech investment sector, many young but growing companies find themselves in a metaphorical venture capital no-man’s land. Over the past few years I have spoken to more investment firms than I can count, and most of their investment criteria are nearly identical. They want a minimum check size of at least $5 million, or around $5-$10 million in annual revenue, and they can’t (or won’t) invest any amount below their criteria.
