People who love tiny creations, like paintings or drawings, know just how adorable pint-sized things are. If you count yourself as one of those people, this Instagram account of an artist’s mini clay figures will make you squeal with delight.
Artist Lim Pui Wan, based in Malaysia, is the owner and creator of the Instagram account picoworm. The account shows off her small, handmade art that includes a durian fruit, pastries, chairs, and more. Each item was created for a dollhouse she began making in 2014. To create the food items, Wan uses air-dry clay and acrylic colors to paint with, she told Mashable.
So far, she only has around 4,000 followers, but that’ll probably change as soon as more people begin to fall in love with her work. Look ahead to see some of our favorites – maybe you’ll get inspired to start your own.
We’re still not over the fact that Star Wars Lands are happening, and another piece of exciting news is already emerging about the parks. Disney hasn’t made any official announcements, but fans are speculating that real droids may be coming to Star Wars Lands once the parks open in Disneyland and Disney World. According to a YouTube user who was at the Star Wars Launch Bay in Disneyland, a droid named Jake was spotted interacting with guests and roaming the grounds. Seeing Jake gives us a hint about what the droids may look like, though we don’t know the exact designs and details. Jake can maneuver around by himself and even beeps and boops. While the Star Wars Lands don’t open for another few years, catching a glimpse of this droid has us jumping up and down for what’s to come.
